The Great Tournament-July 12/25

On July 12/25 our intrepid adventurers competed in the "Great Tournament".

Despite the heat they participated in varying events such as the goblin baby relay race where participants had to rush the goblin baby between themselves around a race track and beat Sir Vallanor and his horse to the finish line. (The adventurers won easily as it seems Sir Vallanor and his horse are very out of shape). To the archery contest where young adventurer Bash won the grand prize.

The introduction to the Treant Grove proved popular this event as well. This is where the adventurers could beat the heat in the shade and sit in a quite place and color. We had some fine artwork presented and each player received a bronze coin for their efforts.

As usual there were monsters to fight and treasure to be had.

There were some new young adults who attended and there is the idea of starting an evening adults only event. If any players 14+ (with parental consent) are interested please let us know. These would be a no hold back on combat and full implementation of all the rules events.
