Family Friendly!
Fantasy Youth LARP (live action role playing) is a family friendly adventure day inspired by the novels of Lord of the Rings, The Chronicles of Narnia and others. The goal is to create a safe environment for our children to interact with one another where boys and girls can become the heroes of their imagination and have fun adventures together. We seek to get the kids and young adults out of the house, away from the video games, and into a collaborative outdoor play environment supervised by the adults and parents.
This being said: We strive to create a clean family friendly environment. Therefore there are certain standards of costuming and other rules that must be followed:
-No sexually provocative costuming. No crop-tops. Shirts must be worn at all times. Girls must wear skirts or dresses in a medieval fashion at least to their knees.
-Because of the sometimes sensitive nature of peoples perceptions to LARP'ing and pretend magic, we want to avoid any and all perceived connections to the occult.
This means no occult like objects, symbols or practices including Taro Cards, palm reading, seances, Ouji Boards or anything associated with, or make people think we are associated with, the occult in any way.
Safety Guidelines and Rules
The safety of all participants is our top priority. We have established certain guidelines and rules to ensure a secure and enjoyable experience for everyone. These guidelines cover various aspects such as behavior expectations, equipment usage, and interaction protocols. It is essential for all attendees to adhere to these guidelines to maintain a safe environment for all. Please review the safety guidelines outlined in the Fantasy Youth LARP official rule-book for all details.
